I needed a last minute bouquet for my wedding after another florist canceled my order. The staff here were very kind and did a phenomenal last minute job. My wife loved them.

These are the flowers that were delivered and the other ones were the ones that were shown on the website. I got mostly leaves and very little flowers. Not realistic from the image online. Very deceiving review updated. The company did reach out to remedy the problem. They sent me a new bouquet that is the last picture. .
Coggins offers three tiers of a given bouquet, from small to large: Standard, Deluxe, and Premium. I ordered a Premium bouquet and there were fewer roses and lilies than in the Standard version, a pitiful presentation. I emailed customer service and received no response.(Note the number of 1-star reviews vs. 5-star reviews: no legitimate enterprise has that kind of disparity.)

I checked the website and had an arrangement prepared for my sister's birthday and when they arrived, completely different from what they show on their website.
I ordered flowers for my sick grandma and am incredible disappointment withwhat was sent to her. I paid for the deluxe size and yet it looks like amuch smaller size, definitely not as beautiful as the picture with lowquality filler. If this is the deluxe- does the standard come with oneflower?! Very very disappointing!!!
Ordered a bouquet from here to be delivered to my mom for Valentine's Day, the folks I talked to were very professional and kind and my mom absolutely loved the flowers. Very fast service as well. Definitely recommend
My granddaughter ordered me an arrangement for valentines online. The flowers I got look nothing like the picture that she ordered. They were delivered yesterday and some of the flowers are already dying (even tho I made sure to add water to the vase as soon as I got them). I will never use this florist for anything and I feel that she deserves a refund.
On 02/10/2024 Purchased 1 dozen of Cash and Carry Roses that are usually sold for $14.95 ...the price was marked up to $19.95 and the roses once home looked dead and trampled.Made a call back to the establishment and was told that all of the roses looked like that and ,I couldn't get a refund but exchange. I coukd have gone to the local grocery store for better looking flowers.
They have been my go to for flowers the ladies are great a little pricey but they do have beautiful choices

Same day delivery was great but the Cupid Creation deluxe picture online does not even come close to matching what was delivered. Would not order from here again.
They’re a great, locally owned place to get a beautiful ensemble at a reasonable price. I’ve bought flowers for special occasions from here, most recently for my gf’s birthday. Upon arriving, I told the arranger my gf’s favorite color and the flowers she’d like, and the arranger assembled a gorgeous bouquet for me. Saved me time and I’m in excellent grace with my gf! I was charged $147.64, which includes tip $19.26 & delivery fee $29.99 USD for the Fiery Lily and Rose PREMIUM bouquet; the website states $89.99 for the PREMIUM bouquet; i was informed Coggins does not deliver to the area i needed the bouquet to go; so they sent the order to the local florist; i do not know the local florist, and i do not know what Coggins told them i wanted; but when i arrived at the funeral the bouquet of flowers at best was the Deluxe bouquet; i do not believe i got my money's worth; i believe i was charged way more than i should have been, at most i should have been charged 139.24, especially when the bouquet delivered had only 3 lillies
Today, the person who was delivering my flowers called me and I missed the call because I was working and on the phone with a client. When I called back, she was extremely annoyed that I didn’t answer the original call and told me she couldn’t find my address so she left. These flowers were a surprise for my birthday, and she ruined the surprise and tried to get me to come pick up the flowers instead of delivering them later in the day. She was very rude to me even though I told her later in the day was fine, and I did not place the order. When she did arrive, she was still annoyed and just said “here you go” and walked away immediately. Happy birthday to me!
I have ordered floral arrangements from Coggins several times to have them delivered to my friend of 35 years. Each time it has been a fantastic experience. This time was much more sensitive. I placed the order over the phone again, from out of state, when my dearest friend saw the arrangement she was very pleased. The hospital staff made several inquires and lovely comments regarding the arrangement. Thank you ladies for always being professional, and knowing what is suitable when I call to place an order. We ordered a casket spray, staff was very helpful in helping us choose flowers, price was reasonable. Quality work, flowers were fresh, it was beautiful. Very pleased.

I had flowers delivered for a coworkers birthday. I appreciated Coggins adding extra greenery as it was also St Patrick’s Day. Delivery was timely and the flowers were beautiful! I was impressed and the recipient was happy.
I order an arrangement for my co-worker's birthday. 100% would recommend this florist. The photo's does not do them justice. I have never seen a more vibrant, beautiful arrangement. Called to order and they was delivered in no time. The lady I spoke with was so very friendly and professional. If you need beautiful flower you must check them out.
(Update: Didn’t receive a courtesy call the next day so I had to call myself. No apology given just was told they can refund it or discount and deliver today. Took the 20% discount and was delivered the flowers. The discount must have been offset by the quality of the flowers, orginally premium and was delivered the equivalent of gas station flowers. Truly unfortunate I should have just taken the full refund. They say 65 years of business, would’ve expected better.Ordered a bouquet to be delivered for valentines as a cliche surprise of course to my wife’s work (6mins from the flower shop) and ordered two weeks in advance. I understand it is of course a busy day. Flowers were not delivered before my wife left work for the day. I called at 3:27pm and was told they would call me right back after they checked on my order. After 30mins around 4:02 I called back and spoke with someone else whom told me they would find the truck it was on and reroute to my house. (15mins from the shop) Since they close at 6:00pm I called at 5:56pm and spoke to a different individual who said yes they will be delivered today and the last trucks were just leaving to deliver. It is now 8:00pm and I have unfortunately give up hope that the items costing $123.00 after tax, $12.99 delivery and $18.18 tip, will be delivered. An excited surprise turned into an embarrassing disappointment as I am left empty handed. Unfortunately I believe they are perhaps overwhelmed with the amount of orders they must receive and unable to maintain timely, quality service. Unfortunate as well that I would not recommend for anyone with the same expectations as I had.
This florist is the best around! Everyone you speak with are so friendly and appreciative. We ordered my Uncle's flower for his funeral, and they did a wonderful job!! Such a beautiful arrangement of yellow flowers and a maroon bow to match his hometown football team's colors. I'm recommends florist to everyone! Thank you so much!

EDIT: An update on this- Coggins did refund the order. The flower arrangement and teddy bear was NOT from Coggins, they outsourced the order because they did not deliver to my area. Thanks Coggins for the refund, I know it wasn't your fault. The real blunder was from Keith Wheeler's, where teddy bears smell like cigarette smoke! I hate to put down a business, because I know it's hard out there. I hope wheeler's just takes some notes from the reviews they have, yikes. This whole fiasco really made me curious about the flower arrangement industry and their selection of arrangements.ORIGINAL POST:The flowers I received were hardly like the picture. A sunflower bouquet with magnolia leaves shouldn't be difficult to accomplish, especially knowing that magnolia leaves are abundantly available year round, locally. Sunflowers, ferns, and a little white flower was in the bouquet. Honestly the worst part was that the teddy bear that came with the bouquet smelled like cigarettes. After talking with the person who gifted them to me, we discovered that the whole package was sent from a different flower shop entirely. What is even going on? Did Coggins call up Keith Wheeler's flowers to complete the order? It's so confusing, I have to know what's happening lol. It seems like Keith Wheeler's completed my order, grabbed a cigarette smelling teddy bear from the back, went to Publix and grabbed a sunflower bouquet and a balloon, scribbled a sloppy message down and delivered.
Service was okay today. They normally do an AMAZING job but the last time I was there they became really ornery. Bad attitudes just because I didn't like the initial presentation of the roses. They claimed they were "guard petals." At first they were hesitant in remaking my arrangement claiming it would look the same. Then they allowed me to go back and pick my own roses which was a better gesture. However, I can still feel the sense of bitterness in the air because although they remade my arrangement they failed to our food in the water. They were rushing me out the door and I had to come back for plant food and a card for the roses. When I came back the samev heavy set bitter lady at the front with a headset in was reluctant to give me the plant food which they've never charged me for in the past. After she couldn't find the price she gave it to me for free as she should have. Definitely not a pleasant experience and I'm making it known to the WHOLE world!!!

Coggins did a floral arrangement for my Dad's memorial service. The ladies working there were extremely knowledgeable and super patient with my mom when she explained what she wanted. It turned out exactly as described and we all loved it and couldn't be happier!
